Jim is a Second Amendment Champion
Jim Butler worked with local families to pass 2 laws to make roads safer.
As a result of two separate and tragic traffic accidents Jim was the lead sponsor to get two separate laws passed to make roads safer. One was Andrea's Law and the other was Sarah's Law.
